The MetaSapiens Community Treasury is a living experiment. We want to push NFT culture beyond PFPs which is why we built the artwork in Augmented Reality format from day zero. AR lends itself to IRL disruption, and specifically the world of fine art and high society. MetaSapiens are alive and should not be locked behind the gates of museums and galleries, nor stored in dusty crates. Its our hope that our community can not only build world class digital experiences, but only bring the community together IRL.

MCT contract will be located at 0xTBD will be seeded with 100 ETH from the proceeds of a successfully concluded sale. This treasury will be coordinated by MetaSapiens Token holders through voting on tools like Snapshot.

We expect the initial details to be released on 12/31/21. Until then, here are some facts.

1.Revenue sources

• The MetaSapiens Community Treasury will be seeded by its founders with 100 ETH after all 10,000 MetaSapiens are sold in the whitelist & primary sale
• 100% of select "UltraRare" Auction proceeds will go directly into the MetaSapiens Community Treasury.
• Half of the 5% royalty taken on OpenSea secondary sales revenues will go into the MetaSapiens Community Treasury.

2.Structure

• Authorizers - Ability to veto proposals that go against the MetaSapiens Terms of Service or the spirit of the project
• Holders - Entitled to (1) vote for every MetaSapien owned
